Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm an 18-year-old student from the UK who has a passion for economics (and Taylor Swift).

I decided to create this website when I was thinking about how to combine my passions into tangible projects. I've seen many websites on the individual topics, but I thought it would be fascinating to create one which researched the economics behind Popstars - like is it true they can elevate the economies of the places where they tour?

The aim of this website is to look into individual stars - starting with the one and only Taylor Swift. I'm a huge fan of her music, so I figured it would only be right to start with her, and her economic impact.
